The jig makes it possible to perform the following measurements and write the offset data.

Measurement of Component Pickup Position and Writing of Offset Data for Tape Feeders

Lane Origin Offset (Lanes #1 and #2 for 8mm Tape Feeder)

Offset Data X,Y and Z

Notes: (a) The master tape is required for measurement of the X/Y data

(b)The following apparatuses are required for the measurement of the Z data. These apparatuses are not included in this feeder adjusting jig.
