Common Feeder Models Compatible with CM Series

1. Reel specification: Small reel = 178 mm; Large reel = 178 mm ~ 382 mm
2. Dual 8mm tape feeders can hold 2 small reels; small reels and large reels cannot be installed at the same slot position.
3. Maximum component loading quantity may decrease subject to reel width.
4. Adhesive tape feeders are not equipped with splice joint detection sensors.
5. External air supply units are required in quantity matching adhesive tape feeders (1 set per working table, optional accessory).
6. Max loading capacity when connecting tray feeders (optional).
7. Max loading capacity when connecting exchange trolleys on 2 built-in base platforms (optional).

3. Optimized suction algorithm for micro-components, effectively improving actual production throughput.
