GKG Dedicated Manual Lifting Platform
Featuring simple and reliable structure with cost advantages, this platform allows easy manual adjustment and quick setting of pin lifting height for PCBs of different thicknesses.
Vision & Optical System
Equipped with a brand-new optical system, it combines uniform ring light and high-brightness coaxial light with stepless brightness adjustment. It accurately identifies all types of fiducial marks, including uneven ones, and is compatible with PCBs with tin-plated, copper-plated, gold-plated, hot-air levelled surfaces as well as FPCs. Four-way light sources are adjustable, enabling simultaneous imaging of stencil and PCB from top and bottom.
Programmable Floating Self-adjusting Stepper Motor Driven Print Head
Specially designed for differential front/rear squeegee pressure and stable lifting/lowering movement to prevent solder paste leakage. The squeegee holder features flexible clamping. Squeegee pressure, lifting speed, printing speed and printing range are all adjustable via software. Multiple release modes are available to meet solder paste release requirements of different PCBs, building a reliable printing control platform. The slide-type squeegee system enhances operational stability and extends service life.

Cleaning System
Supports dry cleaning and wet cleaning, which can be combined arbitrarily. Manual cleaning is available directly on the production interface to save time and boost productivity when automatic cleaning is not needed. The CCD unit is separated from the cleaning unit; the CCD moves independently during operation, reducing servo motor load and improving machine speed and precision.
Control System
Powered by a new motion control card. Parameters can be modified during machine operation, and real pause function is fully realized.
High-compatibility Stencil Frame Clamping System
Accommodates stencil frames of various sizes and enables rapid model changeover during production.
User-friendly Chinese & English Operation Interface
Based on Windows XP system with excellent human-machine interaction. Intuitive program file navigation helps operators get started quickly. It supports menu-based Chinese/English switching, and is equipped with operation log, fault recording, self-diagnosis, fault analysis prompts and light alarm for simple and convenient operation.
2D Solder Paste Printing Inspection & Analysis
Rapidly detects printing defects such as offset, insufficient solder, missing print and bridging to guarantee printing quality.
Platform System
Driven by Haydon linear motors from the US. It achieves ultra-fine micro-adjustment, meeting stringent high-precision printing requirements.
